What types of shirt do you use?
All Powerhouse Potential standard t-shirts are printed on an amazing quality 100% cotton shirt.
What size should I select?
Our sizes range from S - 3XL. These are women fitted tees. We typically use crew neck t-shirts.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
We primarily use screen printed heat transfer processes on our shirts.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
ORDERING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we never store your credit card information.
MUGS
Please note that our mugs are shipped directly from our warehouse and will be shipped separately from your order.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes about 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering.
Shipping times:
Standard US: 3 to 7 business days
Expedited US: 2 to 5 business days
**Note: If the item purchased is a special item other than t-shirt or sweatshirts (i.e. mugs, planners, etc.) the order processing time is approx. 2-4 days.
Expedited & Overnight order cut off time is 3pm EST Monday-Friday.
Expedited Shipping for our specialty items such as mugs, planners, etc. is based on product availability. Please contact us directly for more information prior to placing your order.
During times of high demand (such as holidays), orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but stay tuned.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If we made a mistake with your order, please let us know within 10 days of purchase and we'll try our best to fix the issue. Please contact us at powerhousepotentialtees@gmail.com.
All of our items are made at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
You are able to cancel your order, however, you must cancel your order PRIOR to shipment. If you have any issues, send us an email at powerhousepotentialtees@gmail.com.
What if I need a custom order for a group?
If you don't see exactly what you're interested in for your group, no problem! Powerhouse Potential now accepts CUSTOM GROUP ORDERS! Simply email us at powerhousepotentialtees@gmail.com and provide us with a brief description of what you are interested in.
In your description, please include the following:
- Wording, Number of Shirts Needed, Shirt Colors, Any Special Designs or Logos That You May Want
